I called the customer service folks immediately and they shipped me a new 802 sink pronto. The new sink arrived in great shape so we are pleased. We love the design, color and functionality. Date Added: Sunday 25 July, 2010 We've had the sink installed for about 10 days now. The beige color looks terrific with our new quartz countertops and I love the matte finish. When I ordered the product I was concerned about the depth of the sink since I am short. It is pretty low for me, but is still doable, and the positives far outweigh the one negative.
